These terms describe use of the Ashkam informational website. It presents product information, examples, safety guidance and links. It does not itself provide a dating marketplace, create app accounts, analyze your messages or sell a subscription.

The separate mobile app and any app-store purchase have their own applicable terms. Visiting this website is not acceptance of a paid subscription, an app account agreement or consent to process your dating content.

02Product information and examples

Product descriptions explain Ashkam’s intended uses: conversation understanding, reply suggestions, remembering context, profile guidance and date preparation. App previews are illustrative and may differ from a released version.

Check the Download page and the relevant official store listing for availability and supported features. A marketing description does not guarantee a release date, compatibility with every device or the availability of a particular feature in every region.

03AI limitations and your decisions

AI can produce inaccurate, incomplete or unsuitable suggestions. It cannot establish another person’s thoughts, intentions, identity or feelings, and it cannot guarantee the safety of a relationship or a meeting.

Use examples and guidance as starting points for reflection. Review any wording before sharing it and make your own decisions about communication. No match, reply, date or relationship outcome is guaranteed.

Ashkam is not an emergency service. General dating content is not professional medical, mental-health, legal or other specialist advice. Seek appropriate human assistance when a situation calls for it.

04Responsible and lawful use

Use the website in a way that respects other people and the operation of the service. Do not attempt unauthorized access, introduce malicious code, interfere with availability, misrepresent your identity or use the material to facilitate harassment, fraud, stalking or exploitation.

Do not use an AI suggestion as a justification to ignore consent or another person’s request for space. Material concerning child sexual abuse or exploitation is prohibited. The website has no upload or messaging facility for user content.

These provisions do not prohibit ordinary search-engine indexing or lawful access to public information. Automated access must not circumvent technical protections or disrupt the website.

05Website content and intellectual property

The website’s text, designs, software, images and brand elements are protected where applicable by intellectual-property law. Rights may belong to the relevant owner or licensor. Availability on a public website does not place material in the public domain.

This website does not take ownership of your private messages or grant itself a content-training licence through your visit. No user content is uploaded through this site.

06Prices and purchases

The product plan includes a Free tier and one Premium tier with three billing choices. They are billing periods for the same paid tier, not different paid feature tiers.

Weekly: $7.99 per week; Monthly: $24.99 per month; Quarterly: $49.99 per 3 months.

No payment is taken on this website. Review the total price, currency, taxes, included features, renewal arrangements and cancellation information shown at the actual point of purchase. A displayed price alone does not create a subscription or authorize a charge.

07Subscriptions, cancellation and refunds

The purchase provider’s interface and the terms applicable to your purchase explain how billing and cancellation work. This informational website cannot cancel a store subscription or determine a refund outcome.

Do not assume that deleting an app cancels a subscription. Check the subscription controls for the provider through which a purchase was made. Trial terms, renewal dates and cancellation timing must be read before agreeing to a purchase.

Nothing here removes a cancellation, refund, withdrawal or other remedy that applicable law requires. This website does not impose a blanket no-refunds rule.

Links can take you to websites or platforms operated separately from Ashkam. Their content, availability, privacy practices and purchase processes are governed by their own arrangements.

09Website availability and changes

The website may be updated, interrupted or unavailable during maintenance or for other operational reasons. We do not promise uninterrupted access to these informational pages.

Website information can change as the product develops. A change to a public page does not by itself remove rights arising from a completed purchase or retrospectively change what a customer agreed to at checkout.

10Responsibility and legal rights

The limitations described here explain the informational nature of the website and the uncertainty of AI guidance. They do not exclude liability where that would be unlawful, including liability that cannot legally be excluded for fraud, fraudulent misrepresentation or death or personal injury caused by negligence.
