01Scope of this policy

This policy describes the Ashkam marketing website. The website explains Ashkam, its features and pricing, and directs visitors to product and contact information. References to “the website” mean this informational site, not a mobile application or another service you reach through an external link.

The mobile app is separate. Browsing this website does not upload your dating conversations to an AI model, create an app account or enroll you in a subscription. App-specific processing is outside the scope of this website policy.

02Information involved in a visit

To deliver a page, the hosting infrastructure receives network and request information, such as an IP address, the page or file requested and browser request headers. Hosting or security systems may create operational records of these requests.

This website has no registration, email signup, payment or conversation-upload form. Do not send dating screenshots, private messages, identity documents or other sensitive material through a channel that is not explicitly intended to receive it.

03Why technical information is used

Infrastructure logs, if retained, are separate from browser storage. This policy does not specify a deletion period for infrastructure records or for the separate mobile app. No app-content retention or account-deletion promise should be inferred from the lifetime of a browser session.
